Our team of magical elves works hard to prepare your order for shipment within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two magical ways to deliver your treasures:
- Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note: We currently ship worldwide, but some remote areas in Asia and other regions may not be serviceable. If we’re unable to ship to your location, we’ll notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
Returns & Exchanges
At Cozy Corner Shop, we want every Disney treasure you receive to be as perfect as Cinderella’s glass slipper. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better with our easy returns process.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our top priority, just like Mickey’s dedication to making dreams come true!
✧ Important Note: Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our guests, we cannot accept returns on these magical items:
- Personalized autograph books (once the magic ink has dried)
- Used stationery and notebooks (after the first magical scribble)
- Opened cookie jars (we can’t guarantee the cookies stayed fresh!)

Our team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days, along with return instructions. - Package Your Items Securely
Please return items in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. - Ship Your Return

- Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item as soon as possible using your preferred shipping method.
- If the new item costs more, we’ll contact you for payment of the difference.
